This double DVD features former Country Joe and The Fish guitarist Barry Melton playing with The Green Ray. Barry travels around Europe playing with various bands and musicians along the way. Barry had never played with the Green Ray before the day of the concert. The complete lack of rehearsal ensured a spontaneous and highly improvised performance.

It is a refreshing approach in a day and age where many feel performances need to be tight and polished to be good. Barry describes it as being as exciting and dangerous as having a one night stand!

The DVD also features a concert by The Green Ray filmed at Rayners Lane , London in June 2006. Green Ray features former Help Yourself members Richard Treece and Ken Whaley. A few Help Yourself classics, 'Running Down Deep', 'Morning Song' and 'Alley Cat' are featured alongside several tracks from their excellent new CD 'Back From The Edge'
